STRETCH: ROOFTOP YOGA, THE BERKELEY

Make the most of the clear days and treat yourself to a rooftop yoga session at The Berkeley followed by half a day of sunning yourself next to the pool. What luxury.

SWEAT: WORK ON YOUR SERVE

With Wimbledon just around the corner, we’re donning our tennis whites and pretending to be Kirsten Dunst in the classic 2004 film, Wimbledon. Paul Bettany, if you’re around we can be found working on our serves at the local club.

DO: ART IN THE PARK

Raise your step count while taking in the summer installations in Hyde Park. Spend some time watching the light bend and change in Frida Escobedo’s Pavilion and admire The Mastaba, Christo’s mosaic-like pyramid of over 7,000 oil barrels floating on the Serpentine.

GO: FIRST OF THE SUMMER WINE

School holidays are fast approaching before they hit we recommend getting in some quality adult days out. What could be better than a day trip to the countryside with a side of wine tasting? Chapel Down Vineyard near the National Trust’s Smallhythe Place in Tenterden is one of the best and less than two hours from central London. Don’t leave without a bottle (or case) of their English Rose.
